I know this has been here a good 8 years now, but.. can anyone shed a light on WHERE these kids and their father, Melvin Whitaker, are from please?? I'm from a long line of Whitakers that ended up in eastern KY, and Melvin sounds familiar. Appreciate anyone who can help on this!
