Zachariah Taylor Baldridge, ca 1900, KY
The man on the horse is my great grandfather, Zacky Baldridge. Most of the children in this photo are his neighbors and possibly some grandchildren. This was probably taken abt 1900, in Hagar Shoals, Floyd Co., KY. This is the only part of the photo I have, but I know there is another half somewhere! There were no names written on the back anywhere. I got this copy from my grandfather's half-sister by Zacky's 2nd wife, Loucretia (RICE) Music Baldridge. If you recognize any of the children, I would very much appreciate hearing from you! Most all my Baldridge families are from Floyd County, KY, where this photo was taken. Thanks!

Elizabeth Janet Baldridge, Kentucky
A photo of Elizabeth Janet Baldridge, abt 1932-33, Paintsville, Johnson Co., KY: My mother at age 3 or so, with her best bud at that time (I've forgotten the doggies name)! So cute! Her parents were Ernest and Hazel Risner Baldridge. She married James E. Nelson and they produced 5 little girls!

Kentucky Preacher - WEEKS?
There is no name written on the back of this photo, it was found in the picture box of my grandmother, Hazel Risner Baldridge, who lived in/around Prestonsburg [floyd co] and Paintsville [johnson co] Ky most of her life. My mother told me his name was Augustus Weeks and that she thought my grandmother was 'sweet' on him. (I have looked for someone by that name for months but can find no information). He was a minister or preacher, but we don't know what denomination or where exactly. I think this photo may have been taken in the late 40's or early 50's in Ky.
This photo was in my grandmother's picture box. My mother tells me it is the photo of Augustus S. Weeks, and that he was a Preacher in/around Floyd and/or Johnson Counties in Ky. (I have never been able to track him down). My mother swears my grandmother had a "crush" on this man. Please let me know if he is familiar to you - I would return the photo to whomever belongs to this family [free]. Thanks! Sharon Nelson Nutt

The Bradley Family in 1961
The Bradley Family in 1961 in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio. They were all born in Kentucky but the children were raised up in Hamilton, Ohio.
Back row: Mary Ellen "Mae" (Feck) and James Bradley, Sr.
Front row: Dorothy (born 1916), Anna Mae (born 1912), and James "Jim" Bradley, Jr. (born in Lexington, Kentucky in 1921). The family lived in Hamilton, Ohio before Jim's birth but he was born in Kentucky instead.
James Bradley, Sr. was the son of Charles Bradley and Mollie (Lunsford) Bradley of Fayette County, Kentucky. There's some information that Charles and Mollie's son, Frank Bradley also used the alias of 'Frank Duggins' and his death certificate in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio says his mother's maiden name was Mollie Duggins. We are not sure how the Duggins name is connected. Frank died in Dec. 1951.
Mary Ellen (Feck) Bradley was the daughter of John Feck and Lena (Kayse) Feck. Everyone has told me that Mary was a very nice lady. She could talk to anybody. She could have conversations with her grandson, Jimmy Bradley's friends (teenagers) in the 1960's. I only have a couple of memories of her when I was a little girl in the 1970's.

Grandmother Martin
This is a photo of grandmother Martin. I do not know her first name. I only know that she died abt. 1962 at the Ogdensburg Mental Hosp. Can anyone out there help me?

Ernest Baldridge, Sr. 1918
I believe this is a WW1 military photo of my grandfather, Ernest Baldridge Sr. taken about 3 yrs before he married my grandmother, Hazel Risner. Both were from Floyd, Magoffin & Johnson Co's in Ky and were married in OH in 1921. Ernest was married to Fanny Hall first, she died with their 1st born child in the Influenza epidemic in 1919 in Pike Co., Ky.

Malisa Caldonia (Price) Martin Nelson, Johnson Co Ky
This is my paternal gr-grandmother, Malisa Caldonia (Price) Martin Nelson, nicknamed "Caldonie" or "Donie". She was born in Knott Co, Ky Feb 22 1878, to Clay and Nancy Price Martin - they were very young (Clay was just short of 18 yrs old); I can find no record of their marriage, I've had people tell me Caldonia was illegitimate and therefore wasn't included in the Martin Family book written in Ky years ago. Caldonie was a sweet lady who raised 10 children in West Van Lear, Johnson Co, Ky with John Wesley Nelson, her husband, whom she married in Thealka, Johnson Co, Ky in 1893. She died Aug 3 1953 in West Van Lear, Ky after a short illness and is buried in the VanHoose Cemetery in Paintsville, Johnson Co., KY. Any help or information you have would be appreciated! Or if you have any info on her mother, Nancy Price, or father Clay Martin from Knott Co Ky - please contact me! Thanks for your help!
