On the back is written: Newton Patrick, Born May 7, 1852, Died Jan 1930; Martha Dalrymple Patrick, Born Feb. 10, 1855, Died Oct 9, 1905. It appears they were both born in Ala., and migrated to Hopkins Co., Texas.
