This picture was taken about 1899 (in the year of their marriage) of Phineas Bellinger (son of unknown parents) and his wife Josette Eleanore "Nora" Devoyau dit Laframboise (daughter of Antoine Maxime Devoyau dit Laframboise and Josette Marie Frappier (aka Mary Strikefoot)). Phineas was born about 1866 in Michigan, USA and died 18 Jan 1942 in Bellingham, Washington, USA. His wife was born 24 Mar 1868 in Palmerston Twp., Ont., Can., and died 25 Mar 1954 in Seattle, Washington, USA. It is unknown where they were laid to rest.
