Sneed family

The only photo that we have of John Sneed with his wife and baby. John Sneed married Gertrude Anna Miller/Mueller on 7 June 1915. Ruby Julia Sneed was born on 8 April 1916. Baby Ruby died 13 Sep 1916. John Sneed died 18 Jan 1917 of tuberculosis. Gertrude, the wife, went on to marry again in November 1919 to Clifford Estabrook and had 3 girls - 2 of whom survived. Gertrude lived to 103 years old in Missouri.
Ruby is buried near her maternal grandparents and half sister at Trinity Lutheran cemetery Jefferson city.
