Little Madeline Neal and others are standing beside the gravesite of Mary (Sheeks) Fields the day after the funeral which took place June 5, 1917.
Notice the anchor of flowers at the head of her grave, which must indicate she was considered the beloved anchor of her family and the Sheeks. I am grateful because she preserved her father's family records and updated them as needed.
