This man looks a lot like my grand father. Frank Dean. My uncles name is william dean. They used to call him billy. I don't know for sure.

Unknown gentleman and Billy Dean.
The Mystery
The unknown gentleman in this photo is in many of the 92 photos which make up an album found at an auction. I believe he may be a Shepardson from Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin. I would like to return the album to an interested family member.
