William and Susan (Walker) Halford
William Luker Halford (31 Jan 1835 - 30 Aug 1915) and Susan Caroline (Walker) Halford (Dec 1840 - 13 Jun 1910). Taken near Dora, Ozark County, MO. on 29 May 1910. Son of John Halford (c 1800 - Apr 1880) and Mary Eveline (Bromley) Halford (c 1805 - after 1880). John was born in SC but lived his adult life in Lawrence and Wayne Counties in TN. William migrated to Wayne County, MO, in 1874, and then moved on to Ozark County, MO, in 1883. William and Susan had seven children: John Thomas, James Franklin, William Andrew, Elihu Bird, Martha (Rieiger) (Weaver), Mary E (Dobbs) and Jesse.
