William Earl Blair, my paternal great-grandfather .

He fought in WWI as a private in the 51st Infantry regiment under the 6th division, in the 5th Army Corps (confusing!)
He fought in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive, which lasted from September to November of 1918.
Born on May 10th, 1896 in Pennsylvania and died on February 22, 1978.
