These boys were from the CHattanooga Tennessee area. Their father was Robert Seay and their mother Ora Collins Seay. Robert Allen was either put into a foster home or adopted soon after this picture was taken. Can anyone tell me where he might be and is he still alive?

Anita Quarles I descend from two early Gilstrap familys. My grandmother was Mary Elvira Gilstrap Smith born in Oconee County, SC. Her father was Abraham Gilstrap who was a Confederate Soldier from Pickens County, SC. His father was Peter Gilstrap who was also born in SC. Peters's father was Hardy Gilstrap who died 1830's in Pendleton Dist, SC. Hardy's father was James Gilstrap from NC. My Ggrandmother was Mary Ann Gilstrap Smith , her father was William born in NC died in FOrsyth County, GA 1871. Williams father was Lewis Gilstrap who was a brother to the above Hardy and a son of James. Their brother Richard did move to Indiana . Some of his children were born in Washington County, INdiana some in Wayne County, Kentucky. Interesting, isn't it!

Anita Quarles No, Andrew Jackson Hensley is the son of Hickman Hensley and Nancy Silvers from Yancy County, NC. Nancy died when Andrew was a baby. He (Andrew) was brought to GA by his Silvers Grandparents and reared in Gilmer County, GA. He married Mary Ann Head. Andrew had brothers James and Amos. Sisters Sarah and Elizabeth who must have been brought up there in Yancy County.
