Pascal Lloyd (P.L.) Young, Illinois
P.L. Young worked for Grove Construction Co. north of Vienna, Illinois in the 1950s. He left this picture with the lady where he roomed at her house and she gave it to my mother, Eunice Longworth (later Phariss) who was chief operator at the telephone company. He was a very nice, friendly person anyone would be glad to know.
