Karen Hollen My GGGG-Granddad was Samuel Pringle, his and his brother John are the two Pringle Brothers who lived in the Sycamore Tree, along the Buckhannon River. I would love to connect with my Pringle family cousins, from in and around Upshur county, West Virginia. I visited this old Sycamore Tree in July and as most of you family know, this is the "third" tree that is there. The first two were either distroyed by fire or water, but each time a new tree shoot, emerged from what was left. I also visited Samuel Pringle's gravesite in the Hampton cemetery, near Sago, West Virginia. He is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the country side. I love the picture of Wealthy and her husband, Abraham Crites, and would like to get in touch with Larry Reger, who submitted that picture to your site. Would love to hear from those who know of our Pringle roots. Karen DeBarr Hollen

Karen Hollen This is a wonderful photo. I also would like to know what part of West Virginia this was taken in. My GG-Granddad owned a Saw Mill in Upshur County, so thought maybe this picture could be associated with that Mill.
