John Howard Penquite of Toledo, Lucas County, OH was born on August 28, 1961, and had a sister Pamela Johnson (Wes). He was married to Michelle Marie Penquite on August 14, 1994 at Pilgrim Church 1375 West Sylvania Avenue, in Toledo, Lucas County United States, and had a child Kyle G. Penquite. John Penquite died at age 34 years old on December 13, 1995 at The Ohio State University 281 W Lane Avenue, in Columbus, and was buried on December 18, 1995 at Second Creek Cemetery 4117 2nd Creek Rd, in Blanchester, Clinton County.
