John Pluge of Kipling Parkway, in District Heights, Prince George's County, MD was born on February 14, 1900 in Slagune, Dobele District County Latvia. John was baptized on March 4, 1900 at Slagune. John Pluge died at age 73 years old on August 13, 1973 at Bethesda in Montgomery County, and was buried at Rio Vista Cemetery in Rio Vista, Johnson County, TX.
