John Dougi Jr of Hurricane, Washington County, UT was born on June 25, 1950. He was in a relationship with Rebecca Black, and had children Jonathan Dougi, Roxann Dougi, and Jarvis Dougi. John Dougi died at age 51 years old on September 1, 2001, and was buried circa September 6, 2001 at Page Cemetery in Page, Coconino County, Arizona United States.
