Sarah Francis McCullough Benton (1890-1961) in The last of the covered wagons, sholding her baby near Riviera, Texas. She and her family traveled in the Springfield wagon on a trip from Blue Eye, Missouri to South Texas and back to McCurtain County, Oklahoma. The trip lasted three years.
