Ladies in White...
Of the five "Ladies in White", my great grandmother, Rose Russick Bradley, is 2nd from left. I do not know the occasion or the organization (and would like to), but it appears that the middle lady has been presented with a ribbon. The ladies are dressed identically, down to their shoes. Would anyone know where, when, which organization they belonged to?
