Dayton St., Hamilton, OH postcard
Dayton St., Hamilton, OH postcard
A postcard from the early 1900's of Dayton Street in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio. I heard the houses on Dayton St. was once owned by doctors, lawyers & etc.
The late 1800's and early 1900's photographs of some of the houses (and the inside of the houses) on Dayton Street remind me of the Smith family home from the 1944 movie film called Meet Me In St. Louis (the house at 5135 Kensington Avenue in 1903-1904 St. Louis, Missouri). Maybe something similiar between both the real house at 5135 Kensington and the fictional 5135 Kensington in the movie.

2020 marks 20 years since the inception of AncientFaces. We are the same team who began this community so long ago. Over the years it feels, at least to us, that our family has expanded to include so many. Thank you!
