Richard D Ruge of 1648 Elm Street, in Otsego, Allegan County, Michigan United States was born on July 12, 1934 in Davenport, Scott County, IA to Herman Ruge. She had a brother Robert Ruge. She married Janice Slaga in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan, and had children Tracie Ruge and Teri Marie Ruge. Richard Ruge died at age 60 years old on March 16, 1995 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County.
