Anton George Poitevin was born to Anton George Poitevin Jr. (1889-1981) and Etheltrude "Ethel" P. Parr (1899-1968), and had siblings Joseph who died an infant in 1921, Marie Antoinette 'Toni' (1923-1984), William Edward 'Billy' (1926-1931), Ramon Joseph (1930-1985), and Ethelyn Claire Poitevin (1936-1995).
Anton married Beatrice Jean Nixon (1923-1994) on September 26th 1942 in Spokane Washington and they had three daughters and three sons including Danny Antone Poitevin who died one year after his birth in 1947.
Anton was a World War 2 Veteran who enlisted in the United States Army on May 23rd 1944 and served until his discharge on November 2nd 1945.
