She had siblings Susannah (Aylett) Kelly, Mary Jane (Aylett) Pascoe, William George Aylett, Matilda "Tilly" Ann Stevenson Aylett, Alfred John Aylett, James Stephen Aylett, Emily Eliza Herald Handmer, Martha Ann (Aylett) Berry, Philip Frederick "Fred" Aylett Jr., Lucy Mary Ann (Aylett) Hickson, and Louisa Victoria Aylett. She married John George Bennett in 1898, and had children George Harker Bennett, Elizabeth Jane Bennett, Leslie William Hopetoun Bennett, Violet Lucy Bennett, Lavinia May Bennett, Emily Matilda Bennett, Lyla Jean Bennett, and Beatrice Mary Bennett. Charlotte Bennett died at age 77 years old on October 4, 1951 in Bendigo, Greater Bendigo City County.
