He served in the US Army from September 24, 1942 until his discharge date of January 4, 1946. Chris was married to Eleanor M Topoulos and they had daughters Elizabeth and Christine Topoulos. Chris worked as a wholesale manager in Chicago and as a salesman for General Fuel Distribution.

Charles Anthony DiFatta was born on August 24, 1922 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents Lena Garbo and Thomas Difatta. He joined the US Military on January 14, 1942. He served in the Army Air Force. On April 15, 1943, Charles married Elsie Lucille Songer in Newport News, Virginia, USA. They had a son together.
