Don spent his life as a construction worker, garbage hauler (working with his father) and muck farmer. He was an awesome accordion player when I was a kid and would play with some friends at the Salem House in Fulton, NY. He helped to raise 6 of us kids, 4 girls and 2 boys. Dad was a very hard working man who liked to drink but also had time for us kids. In the blizzard of '66 he was snowed in Oswego for 3 days and they brought him home on a snowmobile.
Donald R Degroff of Mishawaka, St Joseph County, IN was born on April 22, 1912, and died at age 76 years old on March 10, 1989.
Donald F Degroff of Albany, Albany County, NY was born on May 18, 1915, and died at age 66 years old in May 1981.
