He was married to Eleanor Myrtle (Mast) Goswick on October 9, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri, and had children Myra L Killean, Elton Howard Goswick, Sandra Ann Koppers, Ellen Sue Hallan, Gary Wayne Goswick, Janice Eileen Goswick, and Patrick Terry Goswick. Elton Goswick died at age 87 years old on October 20, 2007 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, MI, and was buried on October 24, 2007 at Hope Cemetery 8501 S 8th St, in Kalamazoo.

Elton Howard Goswick born May 8, 1945

Elton graduated from Mattawan High School and joined the Navy. After his tour of duty, he hired on at the Otsego Police Dept where he eventually retired as Chief of Police. He married Romilda LaCoss, March 1st 1969, and they have three beautiful daughters.
