Eugene A Boisvert of Acushnet, Bristol County, MA was born on October 9, 1922, and died at age 71 years old on March 26, 1994.
Eugene was raised in little falls Minnesota, Elmdale Minnesota, and attended Bolus High School in Bolus Minnesota. Active in basketball, baseball, and football. He joined the USAF. And was stationed in England where he was his lovely bride, Peggy Athela Pritchard on August 3 1957. At St. Joseph's Church in Aylesbury, England. Buckinghamshire. The family of 3, now including Deborah Lee Boisvert, infant of this union. Returned to the USA. He was then stationed at Ft.Worth Texas. Where another daughter, Michelle Marie Boisvert was born. He was then stationed at Tuscon Arizona, Davis Monthan Air Force Base. And worked as a crew member of the Minute Man Missle system. Active during the Cuban Missle Crisis. He enjoyed this job and took great pride in defending the United States of America, at a time of great national concern. He continued with this job until 1973. Upon moving to Wichita Falls Texas, Sheppard Air Force Base. Where he was a professor of applied electronics for the Military School . Receiving many notable honors from the Air Force Traing Academy. He retired from the Air Force in May 1975. Returning to his home state of Minnesota. Settling in Clarissa Minn. And purchasing a farm. He and his daughter, deborah, raised Kosher Beef Calfs. And raised some pigs and Charllay cattle. During his time on the farm he secured a United States Postal job. And sold the farm and eventually settled in Long Prairie Minnesota. Completing 20 years with the post office. After the death of his beloved spouse, Peggy, he moved several times in Minnesota. Until he settled in Southern Texas. Where he lived until his death in 2018. He and his loving wife are both buried at Camp Ripley National Cemetery, north of Little Falls Minnesota. Both being cremated. And returned to where it all began.
