Fotoula (Tzikakos) Ulinski of Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida United States was born on December 1, 1947 in Greece to Georgia tzikakos and George tzikakos. Fotoula ulinski had siblings John tzikakos, Steve tzikakos, and Evgenia tzikakos. She married Richard mazurek on September 19, 1970 in Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey United States and they later divorced on July 5, 1976. They had a child Louis john mazurek. She also married Jack ulinski, and they were married until Fotoula's death on May 10, 2022.

Fotoula was a wonderful friend and 2nd and 3rd wife. We married twice.
