Frank was born on April 17, 1968 in either Colorado or New Jersey. His mother is Patricia Szymanski and his father is Frank John Sovinski Jr. Frank had numerous siblings, and the family struggled. In 1987, Frank met Dawnafer Harvey in Kentucky. On May 27, 1987 they were married. On March 18, 1988 they had a daughter, and on September 12, 1989 a son. Those children were lost to foster care, never to be reunited again. The story is unclear, but at some point Frank and Dawnafer separated, and Frank returned to New Jersey near his mother. He also visited his father in Florida. In July 1996, Frank died in his home.

Frank J Sovinski of Bedford, Tarrant County, TX was born on December 9, 1909, and died at age 88 years old on June 3, 1998.
