George Edward Mainardy's World War 2 Draft registration card states that in 1942 he was living in Rockville Center New York and at that time he was employed at Laundry Equipment Sales Co. Inc. He was 5'9" had blue eyes, grey hair and weighed 191 lbs. According to the 1940s census he was 42 and married to Alice M. Mainardy (age 43) and lived with George V Mainardy (their son?) age 21. He had completed high school education and was a part owner at his company. At this time they lived at 9 Wellsley Road in Rockville Centre Nassaue New York and in 1935 rented a home in Brooklyn, Kings, New York.

George died on feb. 20, 2001.

George William Mainardy was born on October 17, 1950, and died at age 21 years old on April 21, 1972. George Mainardy was buried at Long Island National Cemetery Section 2W Site 3669 2040 Wellwood Avenue, in Farmingdale, Ny.

George V Mainardy of Carpinteria, Santa Barbara County, CA was born on March 6, 1919, and died at age 81 years old on February 20, 2001.
