Harold Wesley Brumitt, was born on December 22nd, 1923, in Jonesboro, Illinois, to Lena Leota Boswell-Brumitt, & Albert Lafayette Brumitt, being the 4th of 5 children! Mildred was the oldest of 5, then Earl, then Marion Virginia, Harold Wesley, & Hazel Joann! Harold had tried to join the military at a young age, but because he was Very Flat-Footed, he wasn't accepted! His Father in 1943, died at the age of 54 years old! Harold met (my mother) Grace Madeline Self in the mid to late 1950's at a Business in Edgemont, Illinois just outside of East St. Louis, (which is outside of Belleville, Illinois) that made the springs for Automobile Seats! She said that she was attracted to him because of the Indian Motorcycle that he drove daily! Not a good reason to get connected! They Married, & brought 2 daughters, (1-7-52) Cynthia Lynn Brumitt-(Wellener) & (2-2-53) Sandra Kay Brumitt-(Isam) into the Family, Grace had a Miscarriage, before (Me) Cynthia! Sadly, Their Union was not meant to Last! Harold Married 2 times more in his Life, & settled w/his 3rd wife in Hillsboro, Missouri, where the two are buried, next to each other! When married to Grace, He worked at one of the local Railroads for awhile until someone noticed him having a seizure @ work, & turned it in, leaving him unemployed! He had gotten kicked in the head as a child, by a farm animal, & was doomed to take medicine the rest of his life, to control this! He worked as an Ambulance Driver for Many Years for Kassly Funeral Home, in East St. Louis! He Drove a Produce Delivery truck for a few years too! My Sister & I weren't raised by him, as Our Mother remarried, & We grew up in Belleville, & Rarely ever saw our Father! From what I Recall, I believe that Our Mother Pushed him out of the picture! This was Our Loss!

Harold M Brumitt of Portland, Multnomah County, OR was born on November 11, 1912, and died at age 81 years old on July 30, 1994.

Harold E Brumitt of Gallatin, Sumner County, TN was born on September 28, 1939, and died at age 62 years old on December 19, 2001.
