Kenneth's father, Joseph B. Speller was my uncle. My mother, (Kathryn Speller Ragsdale) was his father's sister. we grew up in Philadelphia, PA. Kenneth was a talented musician, playing mostly on the flute and drums - a jazz buff. was baptized at the age of 12 at Dauphin St. Baptist Church. Kenneth played taps at the burial services for many family members and friends. He had a great sense of humor and traveled to France as a musician in earlier years.
