Lee Rothschild was born to Emanuel Rothschild (1852-1904) and Pauline (Rosenbau) Rothschild (1856-1915) and had siblings Amry (Rothschild) Hoffheimer (1886-1954) and Edith (Rothschild) Kaichen (1894-1975). Lee married Mary Charlotte (Mascart) Rothschild (1912-1975) on May 10th 1941. A copy of a newspaper article about their wedding is below. Born in Salina Kansas his family moved to Cincinnati Ohio when he was young. He then moved to Los Angeles California and had a fruit ranch, then 15 years before his death retired in San Clemente. A copy of his obituary from 1967 is below. There are numerous travel records including on March 7th 1923 he travelled on the Matsonia from Honolulu when he was 32, and then arrived 7 days later on March 14th in San Francisco. According to his World War 2 Draft Registration card he lists his place of residence as Ave H in Yucapia California and the name and address of a person who will always known his address as Lester Jacobi in the Empire State Bldg in New York City. A lester E. Jacobi was listed as the President of the Schenley Distillers Corporation in the Investigation of Concentration of Economic Power Hearings before the 76th Congress in 1939. He listed his employer's name as the National Cellulose Corp which was once the largest manufacturer of rayon in the country, the National Cellulose Corporation closed in the late 70's and was left to decay.
Lee Rothschild of Missouri was born on July 5, 1883, and died at age 80 years old in December 1963.
Lee W Rothschild of Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, FL was born on September 30, 1930, and died at age 73 years old on January 19, 2004.
