Louis Albert Bittikofer was born to Sarah Eliza Hall (1908-1983) and Elmer L. Bittikofer (1904-1952) on August 2, 1924 in Greenville, Mercer, Pennsylvania. He had one brother, Edward Lamont Bittikofer (1926-1994), one half brother, Albert Lamont Bittikofer (1945-2010) and a step dad, Jesse King (1901-1948). He grew up living in Greenville and Sharpsville, Pennsylvania.
On August 2, 1942, he married Shirley Irene Carr (1924-2006) and together they had 6 children. Shortly after they got married, Louis joined the United States military on April 3, 1943.
In the 1990's he moved to Antioch, Tennessee and on April 2, 1999, Louis Albert Bittikofer passed away in Antioch, Tennessee.
Louis Bittikofer of Andover, Ashtabula County, Ohio was born on November 15, 1879, and died at age 87 years old in July 1967.
