Morris Jackson Eason was born on October 24, 1913 in Russell Co. Alabama to parents Andrew James Eason (1891-1981) and Mattie Bell Haynes (1889-1975). He had brothers James Baird (1916-2004) and Bert Cornelius Eason (1922-2004). He lived in Girard, Russell, Alabama and enlisted on October 27, 1942 in Fort Mcclellan Alabama. Morris served in the US Army from October 27, 1942 until July 14, 1943. On November 23, 1947 he married Helga Halnerson (1905-1994) in Florida and the couple lived in Miami, Florida.
