He was 5 ft 7 inches tall, weighed 151 lbs, had brown eyes and black hair, and a light complexion. Mrs. Laura Colella was listed as his next of kin. His distinguishing characteristics were "Left hand - three fingers - excepting index - have scars underneath." Victor's son was being treated for cancer. His court appearance was recorded for the television show "Caught in Providence," and the video subsequently went viral.
