Ada Florence (Carpenter) Brotchie 1870 - 1954

Ada Florence (Carpenter) Brotchie was born on May 7, 1870 in Collingwood, Yarra City County, VIC Australia. She was married to John Alexander Brotchie on April 25, 1895 in Fitzroy, Yarra City County, Victoria, and they were together until death separated them. She had children Edward Bonaventure Heffernan Brotchie, Edgar Heffernan Brotchie, Elsie Esther Heffernan (Brotchie) Foster, Ada (Brotchie) Chalmers, Richard Brotchie, Rose McGain, Victoria Brotchie, and Ruby Grenfell. Ada Brotchie died at age 83 years old on January 8, 1954 in Sassafras, VIC, and was buried at Melbourne General Cemetery, College Cres, in Parkville, Melbourne City County.
