Agnes Lillian (Shearer) Kemp was born in 1895 in Brunswick, City of Moreland County, VIC Australia to John Shearer and Agnes Shearer ( Barr, and had siblings Robert John Leslie Shearer and William Shearer. She married Arthur Phillip Percival Kemp, and had a child Arthur Lionel Barr Kemp. Agnes Kemp died at age 81 years old on December 14, 1977, and was buried at Coburg Pine Ridge Cemetery Bell St, in Melbourne, Darebin City County.

    Table Talk, Melbourne, October 1920. WEDDINGS. Lieut. Arthur Percy Kemp, M.C., to Miss Agnes Lilian Shearer. A pretty wedding took place at the Methodist Church, Sydney road, Brunswick, on Saturday October 9, when Lieut. Arthur Percy Kemp, M.C. ( late A.I.F.) fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Kemp, Nicholson street, Fitzroy, was married to Miss Agnes Lilian Shearer, only daughter of Mr. T. Shearer, "Roseania," Thomas street, East Brunswick. Captain Jacka, V.C., M.C. and Bar, was best man.
