Arthur Phillip Percival Kemp 1897 - 1922

Arthur Phillip Percival Kemp was born on February 19, 1897 in Ballarat, Ballarat City County, VIC Australia to Francis Thomas Kemp and Ellen Mary (Shingler) Kemp, and had siblings Edward Albert Harcourt Kemp, Francis Charles Trawalla"Walter" Kemp, Ellen Bertha Terang (Kemp) Olson, and Harold Hopetoun Beaumont Kemp. He married Agnes Lillian Mabel (Shearer) Kemp, and had a child Arthur Lionel Barr Kemp.
