He had siblings May Harriet (Hoffmaier) Frankel, Frederick Weibert "John" Hofmaier, Myrtle Violet Hofmaier, and Norman Charles Hofmaier. Albert Hofmaier married Alma Jane Poulton in 1924, and died at age 67 years old on October 1, 1972 in Horsham, Horsham Rural City County.
