Norman Charles Hofmaier of Beulah, Yarriambiack Shire County, VIC Australia was born on May 24, 1897 in Beulah to Charles Frederick Hofmaier and Elizabeth Ann (Thompson) Hofmaier. He had siblings May Harriet (Hoffmaier) Frankel, Frederick Weibert "John" Hofmaier, Myrtle Violet Hofmaier, and Albert Edward Hofmaier. He married Eva Ann (Carra) Hofmaier in 1927, and had children Ronald Norman Hofmaier and Shirley Joan Hofmaier. Norman Hofmaier died at age 82 years old on October 16, 1979 in Beulah.
