Bookie Suspect Caught at Phone
Albert J. Servel, 38, of 1125 Sanchez Street, yesterday was booked at City Prison on a charge of bookmaking.
Patrolmen Raymond J. Wertz and Lloyd Duggins said they caught Servel placing bets on horses over the phone at a carpenter shop on Commercial Street.
