Alexander Joseph Lugton 1856 - 1939

Alexander Joseph Lugton of Fitzroy, City of Yarra County, VIC Australia was born on August 22, 1856 in Ayton, Scottish Borders County, Scotland United Kingdom to Alexander Lugton and Judith Halliday Lugton. He had siblings Sarah Halliday Lugton, Charles Edward Lugton, and Thomas Halliday Lugton. He married Emily Victoria (Morcombe) Lugton, and had children Sarah Gertrude Lugton, Percy Fitzroy Lugton, Ernest Lonsdale Lugton, Constance Emily (Lugton) Evans, Jane Rosetta Lugton, Joseph Alexander Lugton, and Dorothea Maorcombe Lugton. Alexander Lugton died at age 83 years old on September 8, 1939 in Ffield Australia.
