Constance Emily (Lugton) Evans of Heidelberg, City of Banyule County, VIC Australia was born on February 10, 1885 in Heidelberg to Emily Victoria (Morcombe) Lugton and Alexander Joseph Lugton. She had siblings Sarah Gertrude Lugton, Percy Fitzroy Lugton, Jane Rosetta Lugton, Dorothea Maorcombe Lugton, Ernest Lonsdale Lugton, and Joseph Alexander Lugton. She married Albert Henry Evans in 1908, and had children Constance Gwendoline Evans, Joyce Lugton Evans, Joyce Lugton Evans, Jean Ludgton Evans, and Marie Lugton Evans. Constance Evans died at age 71 years old on July 10, 1956.
