She was married to Jacob Martin Grabill on April 12, 1894, and they were together until Jacob's death on May 5, 1944. She had children Edgar Arnold Grabill, Francis Levi Grabill, Margaret Catherine (Grabill) Fetter, Stanley Martin Grabill Sr, Bertha Louise (Grabill) Baughman, Theodore Roosevelt Grabill, Warren Herbert Grabill, Violet Elizabeth Pearl (Grabill) Colebaugh, Robert James Grabill, and Harold Chester Grabill. Alice Grabill died at age 70 years old on May 29, 1946 in Imler, Bedford County.
