Andrew Brown Foggo Sr. was born on March 2, 1856 in Natchez, Adams County, Mississippi United States. He married Mary G. Foggo and they later divorced. He also married Darthula (Spink) Foggo on December 29, 1898 in Natchez, Adams County, MS, and they were married until Andrew's death on March 13, 1931. They had children William Thomas Foggo, Andrew B Foggo, Robert Perry Foggo, and Sidney Smith Foggo.
