Sidney Smith Foggo of Haskell, Saline County, AR was born on February 26, 1921 at Home 995 Barton St, in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee United States to Andrew Brown Foggo Sr and Darthula (Spink) Foggo. He had siblings Andrew B Foggo, William Thomas Foggo, and Robert Perry Foggo. He married Marjorie Francille (Sharp) Foggo on August 8, 1951 at Locksburg Methodist Church in Lockesburg, Sevier County, AR, and they were married until Sidney's death on June 17, 2010. He had children Kenneth Leland Foggo, Brenda Kay (Foggo) Price, Pamela Elizabeth Foggo, Howard Lynn Foggo, and Sidney Dewayne Foggo. Sidney Foggo was buried at Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Cemetery 25 Mt Harmony Dr, in Haskell.
