Ann Cecelia (Haughey) Williams of Panmure Australia was born in 1868 in Panmure to John Haughey and Ann Londrigan Haughey. She had siblings Michael Mathew Haughey, John Haughey, Catherine Haughey, Bridget Elizabeth Haughey, David William Haughey, Daniel Haughey, and James Joseph Haughey. Ann Williams married Thomas Richard John Williams in 1894, and died at age 88 years old in January 1957 in Warrnambool, VIC.
