Anna B (Watt) Bissett of McKeesport, Allegheny County, PA was born on May 4, 1906 to Mary Speer and Robert Pitcairn Watt. Anna Bissett had a brother Robert S. Watt. She married Basil A. Bissett, and they had a child Brice S. Bissett. Anna's partner was Lewis Paul Colclaser, and they had children Thelma Colclaser, Alma Buksar, Ethel M. Palm, and David Colclaser. Anna Bissett died at age 94 years old on April 10, 2001.
