    Ethel M. Palm, 87, of Port Vue, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 10, 2014. Born June 13, 1926, in Turtle Creek, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Watt) Colclaser, and the wife of the late Gilbert A. Palm. Ethel truly dedicated her life to caring for her loving family always with an open door and open heart. Ethel worked many years for the catering service on the Gateway Clipper Fleet. She was very active in the McKeesport Turner's Club and she was also the secretary of the Turn Sister's. Her passion for cooking will always be cherished by all who knew her. Ethel is survived by children, Gilbert (Linda) Palm, of McKeesport, Terry L. Ciotti, of Grand Junction, Colo., and Michael N. (LeeAnn) Palm, of Port Vue; grandchildren, Mindy, Melissa, Matthew, Michael, Alexis, Jonathan, Krista, Thomas and Sarah; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Alma Buksar, of Elizabeth, Thelma Kravanya and Brice Bissett, both of Cleveland, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Karen Palm, of Cranberry Township; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Ethel was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Allen Palm; grandson, Adam J. Palm; and brother, David Colclaser. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at WILLIG FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION SERVICES. A service will be held Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
