My Uncle Ansel was an artist who had a studio in or near Redondo Beach Ca. in the mid to late 60s and I think continued his painting from a home studio after moving to Paradise Ca. in the 70s I was fortunate enough to be one of the family members to acquire 2 paintings of my Uncle Ansels!! And have them displayed in my home today.

my husband kenneth l. gish was Ansel Balls Nephew! and I caught my first fish at a river near or in Paradise Calif. I was approx. 10 years old!! I was with my father Dennis Gish and My Uncle Ansel Ball!! lots of fun for a 10 year old!!
