Anton C. Reinhart
I've "rescued" an old photograph of Anton C. REINHART or Hartline, WA which was taken at the Magee Studio in Wilbur, WA. Anton is noted as 20 years old at the time the photograph was taken, in fact almost 21 years old at the time. In addition, someone has written "Received this from Anton, Sunday, 11 Aug 1907" and then it is signed "Nelly L. CAMPBELL". Also looks like it might say "Douglas Creek" as well. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Anton and his family:
Anton Coleman or Colman REINHART was b. 7 Jan 1882 in Peru, IL to parents Frank or Edward REINHART and Veronica or Veronika HERBERT. Anton was one of 7 children born to this couple including, Carl; Leo A.; Anton C.; Andrew; Edward D.; Rose; and Adam REINHART, all born between 1878 and 1888. Anton married Adeline “Addie” Bertha OLIN (1888-1968) on 26 Jun 1917 in Spokane, WA. Anton was living in Hartline, WA when he registered for the draft in both 1917 and 1942 listing his occupation as Farmer. Anton died 8 Oct 1952 in Spokane, WA and is buried in the Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery in Spokane.
Census records provide the following details:
1910 census of Spokane, WA: - A Lodger in the home of J. F. C. ABEL
Anton REINHART, age 28, born IL, parents born Germany, a Machine and Fuel Company Bookkeeper

Addie Bertha REINHART, wife, age 32, born MT, parents born NY/Ireland, a Housekeeper

I am hoping to locate someone from this REINHART Family so that the photograph can be returned to their care. If you are a member of this family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.
Thanks,
Shelley
